When squeezing the item pages the right menu goes down

Description
When the size of the page is reduced in horizontal size (as well as when IOP via a mobile) the right menu (with Share, Cite as, etc) goes at the bottom (see attachments)
We should think on how to avoid this menu to go down. For instance, we can transform it in a sort of icon when the width of the page is reduced.
