Reconsider the URLs for accessing the payloads

Description
During the integration of the statistics it turned out that the mismatch between the oai record identifier e.g.
and the url for accessing the payload e.g.
http://openportal.isti.cnr.it/data/2021/441954/2021_%20441954.preprint.pdf
is causing issues to the OpenAIRE Service computing the statistics.
We decided to alter the urls of the payloads by appending a query string containing the oai record ID ... thus the urls should become like the following
These urls should be included in the landing pages of the products.

The fix has already been implemented. The portal shows the new urls.

I see ... what was implemented is actually slightly different yet it should work ... in practice we use the landing page ID (rather than teh record id) ... thus the URLs are like this

@leonardo.candela@isti.cnr.it the difference between the 2 id is only the prefix "oai:dnet", should i add it?
I notice also that you suggested the ID parameter in uppercase.
