I just performed this query

https://openportal.isti.cnr.it/results?qv=dell%27amico

and when clicking on "more" in the "CNR Author" filtering panel I see a blank screen (see screenshot).

My feeling is suggesting to me that this is related with #18686 and the ' char in fact also the following
