Description

Right now the ISTI Open Portal harvester collects all the papers in the People ISTI set

However this set contains publications preceding the ISTI beginning, one publication is from 1979!

I would suggest to harvest only ISTI publications (from 2002 on).

For publications belonging to IEI we should find another approach, e.g. dump what was in PuMa.

The benefit of this approach are many including the fact that we will have all IEI publications (rather than the partial view resulting from People).

This is an important discussion, before implementing any solution I'll like to hear the voice of the others.

In a recent discussion we agreed to collect all the material People classify under the ISTI Umbrella (set).

We revised the description of the openportal gateway to clarify this.
