WP Summary¶

• All partners collaborated on rearranging a number of tickets due to teams reorganization. The activity is to be continued.
• All partners Started working on major update of D6.2 wiki pages (to be completed in Oct 2016)
• UOA Organized 2 Meetings and 2 teleconferences . According to planning, CITE hosted two meetings and participated two teleconferences, while I2S participated one teleconference and one meeting. (minutes on project wiki)

In Task 6.1

• Worked on integrating technoeconomic investment analysis components with the production models, implemented the provided by CITE techno-economic analysis model and integrated the resulting software (service and portlet) with the gCube infrastructure (UOA)
• Complete the integration with IS by both the web-app and the analysis algorithm in order to use user's Home (workspace) and connect to infrastructure database end-point. Launched UI improvements, and prepared for gCube integration. Project Activities #1648, #3889 and #2236
• Completed the first version of the RESTful service integrated with with IS and deployed SmartGears HostNode, hosting the service, for development purposes. [Project Activity #4603]. Improved the data access process (Hibernate pool), launched an additional API in order to communicate with CITE components. (I2S)
• Implemented the algorithms for KPIs estimation (FCR, SFR and Mortality Rate) using two methodologies (GAMs and MARS). Complete the integration by publishing into the Data Miner. Project Activity #3889
• Completed the usage of the user’s assets (eg workspace files) by both the portal and the algorithm Project Activities #1648, #3889 and #2236
• Continued the collection data from aquaculture companies. (I2S)

In Task 6.2

• Added support for attaching metadata to layers being imported to the geospatial platform (UOA)
• Integration of Geopolis with gCube geonetwork in terms of metadata publishing (UOA)
• Progressed Logical Layer Manager "update" operation implementation (UOA)
• Worked on the technoeconomic investment analysis model adaptation to data available by users (CITE)
• Implemented a WFS imported plugin and a front-end widget (CITE)
• Continued the implementation of the Front-end for the project management tool of geopolis (CITE)
• Completed the implementation of Geopolis searching on the available layers (CITE)
• Implemented a widget for the Geopolis shape importer plugin (CITE)
• Worked on a thin level of integration of Geopolis with gCube (CITE)
• Aligned Geopolis security model to VRE scheme [Task #5038]
