Description

Proposed Risk-Mitigation Measures
A structured process of activity progress monitoring and deliverables production is in place. Apart from the bodies performing this activity, instruments and deliverable types allow partners to be aware of upcoming delays, and confront them with a variety of means. Deliverables with significant dependencies are handled as priority. Furthermore, secondary plans are also considered: e.g. WP5-WP8 alternative routes for VRE implementation are considered, allowing inter VRE dependencies to not block other VREs.

We are accumulating some delays in submitting / finalising project deliverables. This is mainly affecting the final submission to the EC via the PP. Part of the delay is due to the multi-step workflow characterising the deliverable production.

The QAO is actively monitoring deliverables production process and is reinforcing the alerting mechanism by sending remainders to the Deliverable Editor and Reviewer.
