The usage of the library should be cached, in order to avoid redundant calls and server load.

The geoanalytics platform usage scenario is to

  1. declare start and target dates, fish species, start weigth and stock
  2. define latitude / longitude
    1. based on these and the species, the library is seeking for an appropriate global model so it can execute a what-if analysis based on 1 plus the model (see also What-If analysis portlet)
  3. execute the analysis
  4. step to another location and go to 2

We could cache analysis on 1+2 (startup values + model) and give cached data on 3. As the steps in 4 refer to nearby locations, it is highly probable that we have many hits.
