Description

Fix the revision number increase for the file that contains the list of algorithms on SVN.

Now the file algorithms contains lines like this:

| SAI_INHERITANCE | Gianpaolo Coro | SAI_IMPORTED | Dev | <notextile>./addAlgorithm.sh SAI_INHERITANCE SAI_IMPORTED org.gcube.dataanalysis.executor.rscripts.SAIINHERITANCE /gcube/devNext/NextNext transducers N http://data-d.d4science.org/a0doWEtRN0lEWnhMemxpcXplVXYzVmJrU25zRmJvZlVHbWJQNStIS0N6Yz0 "Test for variables inheritance in DataMiner" </notextile> | none |

You will then need to add revision_number.
revision_number is Long type that needs to be incremented at each deployment.

| SAI_INHERITANCE | Gianpaolo Coro | SAI_IMPORTED | Dev | <notextile>./addAlgorithm.sh SAI_INHERITANCE SAI_IMPORTED org.gcube.dataanalysis.executor.rscripts.SAIINHERITANCE /gcube/devNext/NextNext transducers N http://data-d.d4science.org/a0doWEtRN0lEWnhMemxpcXplVXYzVmJrU25zRmJvZlVHbWJQNStIS0N6Yz0 "Test for variables inheritance in DataMiner" </notextile> | none | revision_number

In today's Call we have decided that for better support the history of the installations, the type of revision_number must be a TIMESTAMP.

An example of the output is the following:

That's a date, not a timestamp. A (unix) timestamp is the current time expressed in the number of seconds starting from Jan 1st 1970.

Eg: 1504280156 is the timestamp of some minutes ago, output of date +%s

I'm sure that there's a Java method to obtain it from the current date (beware of the timezone)

Done.

#8 Updated by Giancarlo Panichi over 2 years ago

TIMESTAMP format must be human readable to allow a user check.

#9 Updated by Giancarlo Panichi over 2 years ago

The new format for example: Fri Sep 01 16:58:47 UTC 2017

This is the new row created:

| OCTAVEBLACKBOX | Giancarlo Panichi | BLACK_BOX | Dev | <notextile>./addAlgorithm.sh OCTAVEBLACKBOX BLACK_BOX org.gcube.dataanalysis.executor.rscripts.OctaveBlackBox /gcube/devNext/NextNext transducerers N http://data-d.d4science.org/TSt3cUpDTG1teUJMemxpcXplVXYzV1lBelVHTTdsYjlHbWJQNStIS0N6Yz0 "OctaveBlackBox" </notextile> | none | Fri Sep 01 16:58:47 UTC 2017 |
