There are multiple factors that define which areas are valid for a construction of aquafarm. Users should be able to select an arbitrary number of layers that will be removed from the initial area and the analysis will not be performed there.

In the front-end user's should define the layers that should be removed by adding layers in a list.

Consider using geospark and evaluate its performance vs other implementations.
