Description

It would be useful to be able to send data and receive data output from VREs while using RStudio. For example, a scientist working in the Rstudio lab could aggregate data according to how they typically work and while still in the Rstudio environment, they could send the data to the Kmeans data clustering data miner operator (https://i-marine.d4science.org/group/scalabledatamining/data-miner) with the required arguments within a BlueBRIDGE function. When the process is complete, it could be sent back to the RStudio environment via the work-space and used directly in the same RStudio environment.

Hi Scott, maybe you missed my recent post in the RPrototypingLab VRE where I explained how to achieve this goal. Indeed, I wrote it mainly addressing to you, please tell us if you did not receive a notification via email.

In particular, it was
