Description

The problem seems to be due to the document-store-lib library: a synchronized block in this library seems to go in deadlock when the library run on IS-Collector service.
If I remove the document-store-persistence-lib and restart the container, the IS-Collector works but it accounts the records in fallBack files.
You could verify this behavior in /gcube/preprod VO

The first attempt to solve it was not successful.
I'm going to implement a different behaviour.

I deployed the new library on devNext Ic and everything SEEMS working now.
Moreover old records accounted on fallback were recovered successfully and are now on CouchDB.

The solution is general and seems not having any drawback.

Let's see what happen in the next days.
