  • Parent task changed from #16559 to #16620
  • Sprint set to gCube Release 4.14.0 - FT Testing
  • Assignee set to Giancarlo Panichi
  • Status changed from New to Available
  • Category set to data-access
  • Subject changed from Workspace Fuse Integration with RStudio to data-access.sh-fuse-integration.1.0

The Workspace Fuse Integration can be tested using RStudio.
@g.panichi@isti.cnr.it has already created a set of R scripts to run in RStudio which use the workspace.

  • Status changed from Available to Test Issue

These are the first problems encountered:

  1. An Input/Output exception is raised when I try to save a file in the workspace.
  2. The copy files operation from one folder to another fails.
  3. After the upload operation, the metadata is not shown correctly, the refresh is missing.
  4. If I have a shared folder with read-only rights, I can delete the files in it and an error is not raised in R-Studio interface. The file is not deleted in StorageHub but seems to be deleted from the R-Studio interface.

Hi @lucio.lelii@isti.cnr.it :

  • When I try to copy files to a folder where I have read-only rights, an exception is not raised in R-Studio. The files are not copied in StorageHub but seems to be copied from the R-Studio interface.
