User Management: drop the Acceptance Manager column

Description

As reported in #12115, the information currently reported under the Acceptance Manager is misleading. If it is not possible to fix this, then the suggestion is to remove it.

Please, investigate if there is an approach to have proper information recorded in the field (email notifications correctly report who is accepting a membership request). In case no solution is there, please remove the field from the table rather than reporting a random user.

We retrieve this information from the users manager library maintained by CNR. In my opinion, this is a useful information because we usually have more than one VRE manager and it is important to know who accepted a request.
If it is not feasible to retrieve this info from the library then we could remove its presentation from the portlet.

Please, let us know in case you could fix this problem in the library

I'm with @p.koltsida@di.uoa.gr this information is useful if correct ... what we have now is completely misleading.

In #12115 @massimiliano.assante@isti.cnr.it reported that it is impossible to fix ... I'll do another attempt to see if we can fix the lib by assigning the ticket to him. If nothing can be done we will ask you to revise the portlet.

There is no point to make another attempt I explained the issue in #12115.

@p.koltsida@di.uoa.gr could you please release a version of the component with such a fix, AFAIK a gCube release is still open.
