The implemented feature allow any accounting client to add rules instead of looking for a file. It is responsibility of the accounting client to add the rules

The implemented feature allow to rewrite the calledMethod by defining the serviceClass and serviceName to match before trying to look for a regular expression match. then when the regular expression is matched the replace string is applied
