There is a strike today in Italy and more than half of the CNR people are on strike. It will be hard to solve this issue before next Monday. It seems related to the GARR datacenter (one of the sites providing resources to the infrastructure).
In the meantime can you report from which VRE you are accessing RStudio.
Thanks

There was an authentication problem on that specific server that's now solved.

I just checked and I still have another error message, see attached snapshot

I tried to cleanup your session files. If stil does not work, I'll have to wait for someone that moves my user to the same instance of yours. I'm redirected on a different one, and it's working.

I still have the same error with Firefox (with 2 different PCs) but I just tried with Chromium and it works fine.

Chrome actually..not Chromium

I don't know why it should behave differently. The rstudio installation is identical on all the systems.

I checked and it's working again with Firefox. Thanks for your help.

Hello, I still have a problem connecting through the IOTC_SS3 VRE - when I try, it takes a minute or two, looking like it's loading, but then eventually gives me an error (see attached screenshot) and then immediately and automatically logs me out. Cheers Anne-Elise

@anne.elise.nieblas@gmail.com I've reset your user state. Could you check if it works now, please?

Hello - yes! Now it seems to work! Thank you!

Hi - I seem to have spoken too soon - so, in fact Rstudio starts, but now I cannot open my files from my Rstudio session in the IOTC_SS3 VRE. (screenshot of error attached). For info, I do not have the same problem in the ICCAT_BFTE VRE.

I've tried to kill your previous session. Please could you retry now?
