- Assignee changed from Leonardo Candela to Massimiliano Assante
I am assigning the ticket to @email@example.com. He will take of the creation of the VRE asap.
Is the RShiny app developed by Enrico Anello running on https?
The one I know is accessible at http://vps282167.ovh.net:3838/stockMonitoringTools/?serviceToken=a61e132a-5ddc-4265-9331-f0ca19cf55b3-843339462. This application has to be modified to accept the token of the user logged in the portal (I assume) and it has to run on https.
Please let us know if we have to host it before the VRE is deployed.

The shiny application has to be deployed in the shiny proxy.
Latest modifications are expected early next week before producing a docker image.
I believe the shiny proxy will let the application run under https.
The application can now get a serviceToken GET parameter and uses it to connect to the WPS/Dataminer

VRE Name: SDG Indicator 14.4.1
VRE Description: This VRE supports the FAO training workshop on "Best-practices for the implementation and reporting of SDG Indicator 14.4.1 - Percentage of biologically sustainable fish stocks" by Dr. Yimin YE, FAO FIAF Branch Chief at FAO Headquarters – India Room - November 21 to 24, 2017. The VRE provides access to a Web tool supporting the application of several stock assessment models through a unique interface, using a Cloud computing service behind the scenes.
This workshop is part of FAO's initiative to support the process of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Its main objectives are to raise awareness on SDG 14 and the significance and global reporting process for Indicator 14.4.1 - Percentage of biologically sustainable fish stocks. It will also provide technical training to national practitioners in data requirements, data collection process, analytical methods to produce Indicator 14.4.1, to facilitate and support the global reporting process.
VRE Managers: A.Ellenbroek, E.Anello, G. Coro
Inside the VRE there should be one application only, corresponding to Enrico's application http://vps282167.ovh.net:3838/stockMonitoringTools/?serviceToken=a61e132a-5ddc-4265-9331-f0ca19cf55b3-843339462. The cloud1 DataMiner cluster should be made available behind the scenes. There is no need for Geospatial and catalogue resources.
We should have time to test it and make Yimin subscribe. I propose to move the due date to a bit earlier date.
